Health & Safety Mandates
THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR ATTENDEES, EXHIBITORS, AND GUEST SPEAKERS IS OUR TOP PRIORITY
Health and safety guidelines by California Department of Public Health/City of Pasadena Health Department, effective 9/15/2021
All persons attending indoor events are required to bring and wear face coverings, regardless of vaccination status, when they are indoors except while eating and drinking in designated areas. Attendees must also wear face coverings outdoors, when they enter indoor areas, such as concourses, or concession stands.

Entry Requirements:
Pasadena Health Department requires that all participants be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination. In lieu of vaccination, please provide a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of attendance to the show. Please have a photo ID on hand.
Proof of vaccination:
A physical vaccination card, a photo, or digital record (QR) code is required as proof of vaccination.
Proof of Negative COVID-19 Test:
The test must be a SARS-CoV-2 viral test (nucleic acid amplification test [NAAT] or antigen test) with Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
An active check system for proof of verification for vaccination and proof of negative COVID-19 test will be in place at show entrance.
Support Handwashing:
Hand sanitizer stations will be located at entry points inside and outside with signage promoting use. We encourage frequent handwashing.
Communicate:
Advanced registration will help us convey COVID-19 safety plans to guests before they attend. We will continuously update any changes in COVID guidelines leading up to our Tradeshow, on November 16, 2021.
We will utilize platforms to communicate our COVID-19 safety policies to exhibitors and guests, including the requirement that all attendees must wear a face mask while indoors and outdoors except while eating and drinking in designated areas.
Make sure all guests are aware of and follow the Los Angeles County/Pasadena Department of Health guideline. Please do not attend if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or if you are under isolation or quarantine orders.
